One balloon at one site is simple. Four balloons at four sites every weekend is a logistics problem, and it is the one we are actually built for.
The multi-site problem
A builder with six communities, a dealer group with four rooftops, or a chain with several stores has the same issue: the balloon has to go up at every site, every weekend, whether or not the person who normally does it is working.
Owned balloons fail at the fourth site first. Somebody is on holiday, somebody left, and one community quietly stops flying.
On service that does not happen, because it is our crew and our schedule, not yours.
One rate, whatever the count
Balloon service is $247.25 a day and blimp service $297.25 a day in greater Phoenix. Tucson adds $30 a day. That is the rate whether you have one site or ten.
There is no volume discount and we will not negotiate one. Our fixed costs for helium, equipment, trucks, trailers and labour are the same per site regardless of how many sites you have, so the price is too.
We say that plainly at the start because it saves a conversation everyone finds tedious.
One invoice, every Monday
Billing goes out weekly for the weekend just flown, across all your sites on one invoice.
Skip a site one weekend and you are simply not billed for it. Add a site and it appears. No contract, no minimum, stop any time.
A local builder currently runs four of our blimps every weekend on exactly this arrangement.
Weather across several sites
We make the call and we make it per site if conditions differ, which in the valley they sometimes do.
If a site is down for weather there is no charge for that site that day. You do not need to ask, track it, or check whether somebody remembered.
Ask for a quote. Call 1-800-791-1445 or email [email protected] and tell us the size and whether you want it printed.
